For 2024, Ford intends to integrate customer feedback into the core of the Mustang Mach-E, encompassing all aspects they admire about it. The responses entail enhancing performance—making it the fastest production Mustang Mach-E ever—capturing the thrill of driving with abundant electric torque. Customer responses also warranted the extension of the range with improved DC fast charging capabilities and the introduction of more customization options tailored precisely to enthusiasts’ preferences. Furthermore, the Blue Oval will introduce a new electric pony capable of tackling off-road adventures anytime. 

Outpacing the Tesla Model Y Performance and the Porsche Macan 4 Electric, the 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT, enhanced with the Mustang Mach-E GTTM Performance Upgrade, stands as the epitome of Mustang Mach-E performance thus far. The electric SUV achieves 0-60 mph in 3.3 seconds and sprints through the quarter mile in 11.8 seconds at 114 mph, exuding unparalleled performance.

The Performance Upgrade combines state-of-the-art powertrain thermal modeling and control algorithms with the newly developed in-house eMotor. The electric motor renders enhanced torque delivery – an additional 100 lb-ft of torque compared to vehicles without the Performance Upgrade. Standard on the new Mustang Mach-E Rally and available as an upgrade for the Mustang Mach-E GT, customers can opt for the Performance Upgrade at the time of vehicle purchase or effortlessly enable it later.

In addition to the Performance Upgrade, there are standardized famous performance features such as the Ford Performance front seats, MagneRide Damping System, and Brembo-branded front brake calipers for the 2024 Mustang Mach-E GT. Previously exclusive to the 2023 Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition, these features are now accessible to a broader range of customers.

The new rear eMotor, meticulously engineered by Ford engineers, debuted across all trim levels of the new Mustang Mach-E, contributing to improved torque delivery across the 2024 lineup.

Impressive Range and Rapid Charging

Equipped with the extended-range battery, the 2024 Mustang Mach-E SUV charges nearly 20 percent faster with DC fast charging compared to previous models. The new batteries and charging station enable drivers to replenish from 10-80% in approximately 36.2 minutes, significantly improving over earlier iterations. Standard range battery options achieve the same charge level in 32.3 minutes, a noteworthy enhancement over the inaugural Mustang Mach-E.

BlueOval Charge Network Accessible to All Mustang Mach-E Owners

In addition to enhanced vehicle range figures, Ford electric vehicle (EV) drivers now enjoy access to over 15,000 Tesla Superchargers via the BlueOval Charge Network, North America’s most prominent public charging network. Enhanced capabilities, including EV Routing functionality for Google Maps via Android Auto and Apple Maps via Apple CarPay, alongside the new Public Charging app, simplify the process of locating charging stations and connecting to individual chargers.

Bold & Bronze: Mustang Mach-E GT Bronze Appearance Package

The Bronze Appearance Package blends style with performance and is available exclusively on the Mustang Mach-E GT. It features 20-inch Sinister Bronze painted aluminum wheels, Mustang “Mach-E 4X” door badges, and a rear GT Badge outlined in Sinister Bronze, along with a striking front grille shield of bronze mesh, adding a dynamic and aggressive flair to the vehicle’s exterior.

Introducing the Mustang Mach-E Rally, Ford’s inaugural rally-inspired EV ventures onto dirt roads, infusing the spirit of Mustang freedom and fun with off-road capabilities. Raised 1″ higher than the GT, tuned for both on-road and off-road driving, adorned with rally-inspired appearance wheels, tires, spoilers, and stripe package, it delivers remarkable performance while exuding confidence and comfort both on and off the beaten path.

Streamlined Access to Preferred Features

The 15.5-inch SYNC 4 screen with an updated user interface simplifies access to favorite apps and essential information. The newly designed button icons echo the sleek design language throughout the vehicle. Standard features include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility and the revamped Walk Away Lock feature, expanding the zone to enhance functionality.

Entertainment & Apps Made Effortless

Entertainment is now effortlessly accessible. Responding to customer feedback regarding the inconvenience of switching between sources, Ford integrated USB and Bluetooth wireless technology into a single app. The Settings screen now displays all information on a single page, addressing customer concerns regarding the need to scroll through multiple screens.
