Price Cuts and Incentives for Ford Mustang Mach-E and F-150 Lightning
Moments after revealing the 2023 Mustang Mach-E models to the Canadian market, America’s favorite pickup maker announced a similar adjustment for the States, lowering MSRPs across all trims to crank it up a notch on the EV demand. The move intends to make the EV SUV more accessible to sustainable enthusiasts, with lease programs offering additional discounts in the US. Furthermore, the Blue Stable also introduced fresh incentives for F-150 Lightning to rejoice about.
It seems like yesterday, so let’s go back a page. The year is 2021, and Ford introduces us to its best pony yet, the Mustang Mach-E, an all-electric crossover SUV that’s rekindled one of its most iconic nameplates with a remix to the future of electric eliciting praise and never surrendering to criticism.
Ford has slashed prices for the 2023 Mach-E models by up to $8,100. A Ford spokesperson shared details of these price reductions in an email to Electrek, stating that the adjustments are part of Ford’s ongoing efforts to adapt to the market dynamics while maximizing sales growth and customer value.
The updated prices for the 2023 Mustang Mach-E trims are as follows:

Additionally, Ford highlighted that any 2023 Mustang Mach-E leased through Ford Credit qualifies for a $7,500 cash incentive and the $7,500 federal tax credit for EV leases that Ford passes on to its customers. US buyers could save up to $13,000 off MSRP on a Mach-E lease. Qualified buyers can also benefit from 0% financing for 72 months.
Furthermore, the magic pony maker announced additional bonus cash incentives for certain trims of the 2023 F-150 Lightning. The Lariat, XLT, and Pro versions of the 2023 Lightning are eligible for a $7,500 retail credit for eligible customers at the point of sale, with bonuses as follows:
$7,500 retail bonus cash on an F-150 XLT Extended Range purchase
$5,000 retail bonus cash on F-150 Lightning Lariat Standard and Extended Range purchase
$12,500 retail bonus cash for the F-150 Lightning Platinum
