An Interior like Never Before

The heart and spirit of the Mustang Dark Horse is as passionate as the color red. However, the soul of the Ford sports car flows through the all-new anodized blue lightweight titanium manual shift knob. The new shift knob is an underappreciated transformation for the seventh-generation Stang because the six-speed knob is hollow and won’t get fiery to the touch during warm weather. Further, Ford Mustang enthusiasts who favor a 10-speed SelectShift ® automatic transmission will appreciate the anodized silver paddle shifters, which deliver a more receptive gear shift. 

At the reins of the cockpit is a flat-bottomed steering wheel specially dressed in performance suede for a strengthened grip. The contrasting Bright Indigo Blue stitching extends across the door panels, instrument, center console trim, gear shift boot, and lid. The Ford Mustang Dark Horse adds more profoundness to the race car tone with a sport-molded steering wheel.

The steering wheel strengthens the digital experience with many button and control functions. The Mustangs’ control vehicle functions incorporate the instrument cluster, drive mode selection, and the 13.2-inch SYNC® 4 center stack.
