KBB Rates 2023 Ford Expedition a Best Buy

The 2023 Ford Expedition has earned Kelley Blue Book’s (KBB) Best Buy award for the sixth time in a row. The three-row SUV beat out its competition and outclassed hundreds of other SUVs in its segment. Although Ford has been busy with its EV lineup, the automaker has consistently improved the Expedition, increasing its performance and capability. The 2023 Ford Expedition recently received Kelley Blue Book’s (KBB) Best Buy award. This is the sixth time the three-row SUV has earned the award. The 2023 Expedition has a 3.5L EcoBoost engine that delivers 400 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque. This 3.5L is paired with rear-wheel drive and a 10-speed automatic transmission. The Expedition also features an independent front and rear suspension, which provides the SUV with impressive handling and stability. Fuel efficiency is estimated at 17 mpg in the city and 23 mpg on the highway, and for capability, the Ford Expedition sees up to 9,300 pounds of towing capacity. The SUV also has 1,827 pounds of payload capacity. With features like Pro Trailer Backup Assist, owners will have no trouble towing and hauling wherever they need to go.  

Inside the Ford Expedition, owners will find an interior cabin with enough room to seat eight passengers comfortably. The three-row SUV offers 121.5 cubic feet of cargo space behind the first-row seats. For its upholstery, the SUV will see either leather-trimmed Carmelo or Del Rio leather depending on the trim level. The Expedition offers owners a 15.5-inch touchscreen display compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. For safety, the three-row SUV features lane-centering assist, pre-collision assist, evasive steering assist, and reverse brake assist. At an MSRP of $55,125 (plus destination fee), the 2023 Ford Expedition proves worthy of the Best Buy award, given its capability and versatility.
